House end of Carport, roof structure and beam runs thru entire adbobe house. Roof rafters are 16 inch on center, I think. House has sheathing, ceiling and ??? insulation between rafters.

Sun room outside dining room door. Note fencing to protect plants from Javelina and rabbits. Probably put in potted flowers along windows. Windows slide open.

 Solarium/Sunroom outside Master Bedroom door. Glass panes crank open for ventilation. Very 60s!  Note fenced "kitchen garden", Citrus tree.

Northish side view of house. Note drilled holes for termite treatment in foundation below adobes. Wood sunroom may need  more termite prevention treatment?? Structure is sound so far.

Shady backyard with hammock. Wall is neighbors, they have a nice pool and patio and lawn back there.
Our double lot is much bigger. Note citrus. Trees are very dry, need water desperately as we had no monsoons. I will water 'em.

The back yard and south side double lot area are wild with cholla cactus trees, PaloVerde trees, more cactus. and wildlife.
Where's Waldo the roadrunner? (Hint: Prickly pear) There are at least 3 fairly large Saguaro cactus, maybe 4.)
